Terms and refund policy

LeoParle is offered by Flourixa Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”), Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
These terms are between you (the parent or guardian who creates the family account) and Flourixa Technologies Inc. By using LeoParle you accept them.
The family account
- A parent or guardian aged 18 or older creates the account and is responsible for it. Children use LeoParle with a grown-up's permission.
- One account covers one household, with up to 3 children.
Free lessons and plans
- The first lessons are free, with no card needed.
- LeoParle Famille opens everything: CA$9.99 a month or CA$59.99 a year, plus applicable taxes. Prices may change; any change applies only from your next renewal, and we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before.
- Codes (for example pilot, founder or school codes) are applied at checkout. A code's terms are those announced with it.
Renewal and cancelling
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Parents → Family account → Manage my plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
- Not happy? Write to support@leoparle.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again.
- This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Using LeoParle
- LeoParle is for personal, family learning. Please don't copy, resell or share the content or your account outside your household.
- We work hard to keep LeoParle available and accurate, but it is provided as is. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.
- We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada.
